About Supra Skytop
The extremely popular Supra Skytop sneakers was a major success for the brand. Now, Skytop Supra has released its follow up, the Skytop Supra II. This time around Chad Muska’s signature model has a higher cut, an Air Jordan VI-inspired tongue with two pull holes, wax laces, Skytop Supra Foam midsole, internal neoprene sleeve, and a combination suede and leather upper. This Skytop Supra II sneaker will also be available in numerous colorways.
Based out of Costa Mesa, California, Skytop Supra Footwear was founded in 2005 by Angel Cabada. A devoted skater, Angel was born and raised in Orange County and has previously worked for TSA and KR3W Footwear. Angel named the brand “Supra” which in Latin means “above and beyond,” and that’s exactly where the brand has gone in a very short time. Considering Skytop Supra has its roots in skateboarding, Skytop Supra’s not hard to believe that Skytop Supras have assembled one of freshest skate crews in the business, including Terry Kennedy, Chad Muska and Antwuan Dixon. If you were to build a fantasy sneaker brand, we doubt Skytop Supra skateboading could have gotten to a much better start than Supra. Skytop Supra have some highly influential fans, built up the Skytop Supra II with some leaked samples a la Nike, and then released Chad Muska’s latest signature sneaker in a limited drop only at Paris’ colette. Was a little hesitant to spend this much on a pair of Skytop Supra shoes considering my motorcycle boots cost a little less, but I am very glad I did. By far the most comfy Skytop Supra shoes I have ever owned. That SUPRA SKYTOP II's foam is great! Nice pocket for the laces or whatever inside the tongue of the shoe makes slipping on and off a breeze despite the high top. Would buy Skytop Supra II again for sure.
